Les Sables d'Olonne, the capital of the Côte de lumière, is a seaside and water sports destination with an exceptional environment. Since 2021, the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne has been recognised as one of the "Most Beautiful Bays in the World" by the international association of the same name, which groups together 45 bays in 27 countries around the world.
