Ideally located on the shores of Lake Tanchet and at the foot of the waves, the Institut Sports Océan is the first nautical center in the region and offers you gift ideas :
- The Longe Côte is an aquatic walk accessible to all allowing a work of balance and muscle strengthening, find in the agenda the dates of the courses.
- Optimist Jardin des Mers is the discovery of the marine environment : sailing and other nautical activities for children from 5 years old.
- Special Adult Catamaran course : 1st board and advanced training, discovery course from 18 years old, all levels.
