250m (8-minute walk) from La Paracou beach, 10-minute walk from Bassin Dombret. Access to the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne by ferry.
Located 1300m from Port Olona, port of the Vendée Globe. Cycle paths and hiking trails in the Olonne forest or marshes, cinema, shops nearby.
Ground floor: private entrance, dining/living room, fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, separate WC, storage/laundry room. Possibility of storing bikes, motorbikes and small trailers.
First floor: 2 bedrooms, shower room with WC.
Outside: large terrace with table (under canvas pergola) and chairs for 10 people. Enclosed garden with tree house for children. Enclosed parking for two cars. Free parking in the street and nearby.
