Very bright 54 m² flat, 150 m from the Grande Plage and the Pendule, and 600 m from the train station, located in Les Sables d'Olonne (start and finish of the Vendée Globe) in the Vendée.

The apartment, on the 2nd floor with lift, comprises a kitchen area opening onto the living room with 1 large bay window and a small balcony overlooking a square with a bakery, 2 bedrooms to the rear, one with 1 double bed (140cm), the other with 2 single beds (80cm), a shower room and separate WC.

Facilities: fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 gas rings, dishwasher, electric griddle, TV, washing machine.

Pets not allowed.

Arrival (between 5pm and 8pm) and departure (between 8am and 10am) handled by the concierge "En compagnie d'Armelle". Household linen is not provided, but can be hired.
A deposit cheque (for breakages and cleaning if necessary on departure) for 300€ is required and will not be cashed.
There is a compulsory cleaning charge of €50 to be added to the rent for a 3-night rental. For rentals of more than 3 nights, the cleaning option is available at extra cost.

Everything can be done on foot. Park your car and enjoy your stay!
