CONCERT- DUO AVAZ - MUSIQUES PERSANES

Like all journeys, the duo formed by Saina ZAMANIAN and Ershad VAEZTEHRANI is first and foremost the story of a meeting, that of two musical itineraries that ended up intersecting in Paris and that combine, in resonance with their personal backgrounds, the energy of Persian percussion (Daf and Tombak) and the harmonies of the Târ and Setâr.

In their luggage is the classical Persian music in which each of them was trained by the greatest masters of Tehran, and whose tradition they continue to perpetuate today, while giving voice to a more contemporary approach that favours creation and improvisation.
