Measuring around 65 m², our ground-floor apartment comprises a large, bright living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a pleasant outside courtyard where you can dine and stroll, a storage cupboard and a toilet.

Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with two 140cm beds), a balcony and a shower room/WC.
