The ETAs are broadcast on the race website and updated in real time.

Access to the village is possible from 14 January to 2 February from 11am to 7pm. Access is free and unticketed.

Programme:
- A firework display will mark the winner's ascent of the channel.
- A dedicated stage will welcome the skippers, accompanied by a giant screen,
- The TV set will broadcast the Vendée Live programme every day at 12.30pm, open until 2 February.
- A new immersive exhibition on the race will be on display in the Vendée department's museum area (only open from 16 January).
- V and B bar area from 11am to 1am (2am on Fridays and Saturdays).
- Round table discussions will take place from Wednesday to Sunday at 3pm and from 18 January,
- Meetings with the arriving skippers will be organised at 6.30pm,
- Concerts followed by DJ sets will be held on Fridays and Saturdays (+ special concerts for the arrival of the first skippers).
- A selection of sweet and savoury food trucks, including the Sodebo foodmobile, will also be on site.
