Twice Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman in France), Yves Thuriès has always been based in the Tarn region (81), where passing on the craft and its passion are at the heart of everything we do.
By harvesting its cocoa beans from its San Fernando plantation, and its hazelnuts from its Baleyssagues plantation in south-west France, the company is able to control the origin of its essential raw materials and the taste quality of its recipes.
