Our brand new premium residence enjoys an ideal location: it is 8 km from Les Sables d'Olonne train station and is nestled within a safe, two-hectare park, close to Sauveterre state forest and its 1,000 hectares of natural landscapes.
Sauveterre wild beach, located just 2.5 km away, is famous for its surfing spots and miles of sand dunes. This beach has a lifeguard station and a snack bar, meaning longer days by the sea!
Direct beach access from the residence on foot or by bike via a path through the pines.
In terms of accommodation, holidaymakers can choose from 54 brand new houses, with surface areas of between 69 and 92 m² and 3 or 4 bedrooms.
