After a career in telecommunications, Hélène DELAUNAY has now turned her attention to photography. Interested in photography from a very early age, she started out as an amateur.
Over the years, she improved her skills, exhibited her work and took part in competitions.
During one of her training courses, she came across some of the photographs she had taken on trips and outings that could provide a thread for further study.
Her intention is to capture the many imprints of time and life that she encounters, and to magnify them. It's a creative face-off with the natural elements: rocks, plants and water in all their forms. Using more or less close-up viewpoints, she wants these imprints to take us from the real world to an imaginary world.
