Very nice apartment of 40 m² located in a quiet residence, Port Olona district.
Located on the ground floor. Underground garage (elevator or staircase to go up to the apartment).

Household and bathroom linen is provided.
The apartment is close to a food store, and 500 m from the market.
The accommodation consists of a living room living area (with connected TV) opening onto the terrace equipped with a lunch table, a lounge area and a large parasol.
The kitchen is fully equipped : high table, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Nesspresso and filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with 1 bed of 140, 1 dressing room, a TV.
