Beaches

 - Sauveterre beach, hidden away int he midst of the forest. Surfing spot. Dog admitted if kept on a lead. First Aid station from June to September.

- Natur beach, between Sauveterre and Les Granges, naturism is tolerated on a small area of the beach identified by signs in the locality known as 'la Grande Pointe'. Accessible on foot by the forest. Warning unsupervised bathing.

- Les Granges beach, extending beyond the beach at Sauveterre, at the northernmost tip of the forest. Dog admitted if kept on a lead. First Aid station from June to September.

National forest of Olonne

The forest streches for more than 1 200 hectares and a number of random or signposted trails invite walkers to discover a variety of tree species (acacias, green oaks, maritime pines ...). Many picnic areas available.

Protected marshland

800 hectares of protected marshland. Cycle Paths and walks. Most of the marshland became a breeding ground for eels and mullet.

Base Yacanoë des Loirs, sail on the Vertonne in the heart of the marshland and in the bird sanctuary in kayak.

Historical centre of Olonne sur Mer

Olonne is the birthplace of the Pays d'Olonne. Discover the market town and its history through a tour of its manor houses.

Notre-Dame church located in the market town of Olonne, this is the oldest and was for many years the most important church in the Pays des Sables d'Olonne.

North of the town of Olonne between the forest and the Havre channel Gachère. It is renowned for its wine cellars Brem, including Nobiron recently reopened cellars to the public.

Le parc d’activités économiques « Actilonne » de 30 hectares est idéalement situé en bordure de la rocade, des Sables d’Olonne et proche des grands axes menant à la Roche-sur-Yon.

Le pôle culturel du Havre d’Olonne

Ce complexe culturel est constitué de deux salles complémentaires : la salle polyvalente des Cordulies (1000m²) et le théâtre de la Licorne entièrement équipé avec un gradin de 250 places et 50 strapontins.

Lieux de vie au sein de la commune, ce pôle accueille les spectacles de la saison culturelle ainsi que les manifestations municipales et associatives.

Particuliers et entreprises peuvent louer ces salles pour y organiser leurs manifestations et séminaires.
