The house of Yves Thuriès has always been based in Tarn (81) where the transmission of the trade and its passion are at the heart of all attention.
By harvesting its cocoa beans on the San Fernando plantation, and its hazelnuts on the Baleyssagues plantation in the South-West of France, the house controls the origin of its essential raw materials and the taste quality of his recipes.
